Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

TriPoint Lending does not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. However, we may "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). You have the right to opt out of this sharing at any time.

To exercise this right, email privacy@tripointlending.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share," or call us at 800-307-1789. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law.

Opt Out of Marketing Emails

You can opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing message we send, or by emailing privacy@tripointlending.com. Please note we may still send you non-promotional, transactional messages related to your inquiry or account.

Opt Out of SMS/Text Messages

To stop receiving SMS/text messages from us, reply STOP to any text message you receive. You will receive a confirmation message, after which no further promotional texts will be sent. For help, reply HELP or contact us at the information below. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt Out of Telephone Calls

To opt out of telemarketing calls, including calls placed using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded voice messages, email privacy@tripointlending.com or call 800-307-1789 and request to be added to our internal Do Not Call list. Please allow a reasonable processing period during which you may still receive calls already in progress.

Other Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may also have the right to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will verify your identity before fulfilling your request and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
